1. Membership Payments
All memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed automatically on the billing date through our secure payment gateway.
2. Refund Eligibility
We strive to provide value to every member. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Monthly Memberships: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment for new members only. No refunds will be provided for subsequent monthly billing cycles.
Program Non-Participation: Refunds will not be issued due to non-participation, such as missing sessions, not accessing materials, or opting out of events.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under extraordinary circumstances, including:
Severe medical conditions or emergencies (with supporting documentation). Situations deemed exceptional at the discretion of Healing Hearts Inner Circle leadership.
